Past EdCamp Leadership Event Curations

In 2015, both NAESP and NASSP partnered with @MCDPEL to offer a FREE unconference for educational leaders.  The Mid-Career Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership organized and sponsored EdCamp Leadership (@edcampldr) for the 3rd year in a row on Monday, July 13, 2015. The event encouraged other locations around the country to co-host their own #edcampldr to maximize the hashtag and collaborative session facilitation across timezones.

EdCampLdr organizers from all 18 #edcampldr locations collaborated asynchrously across locations using #eduvoxers.

On Saturday, February 21, 2015, @MCDPEL held their first Program #EdCampLdr "Express." Five students within the Program designed the day's schedule and faciitated sessions to engage fellow students, Program alumni and PennGSE faculty. A link to the day's schedule can be found here

On Thursday, February 5, 2015, @MCDPEL traveled north to work with the NYC Department of Education and school leaders across the city to host their first #EdCampLdr. A full-blown EdCampLdr NYC is planning for early spring. Below are resources, notes and takeaways from the EdCamp Express (via Storify.com).
